This is an orange we found on our walk and let Vivi carry. It had a full peel when we found it.

Princess Day at the Zoo

Today was "Princess Day" at the zoo. Kids dressed up as princesses (or whatever else) and the zoo had all sorts of frog and amphibian activities (The Princess and the Frog). 

Do I look like a princess?

I saw lots of "ducks" - these black and white ones (swans), some pink ones (flamingos), and a red one (tucan). 

Jane liked the big giraffe. I didn't.

Lila liked the big frog. I didn't. 

Sleepy baby.

Sculpture garden

Visit to Grandma and Grandpa

I visited Grandma and Grandpa

I checked on Grandpa's plants

practiced my walking

Talked to Grandpa's fish

Showed Grandma how to rock dollies. 

We also saw lots of family and went to to a sculpture garden (see next post)

Walking!

Vivi is walking! Last night (and again this morning) she walked half way across the kitchen (8 steps!) before sitting. I haven't been able to get any more than two steps on video though. We'll keep trying.

Playdate

I had a playdate with my friend Sara.

We played a duet on the piano

Then we tried to remove all the stickers from her toy

We also played a duet on the maracas but Mommy wasn't fast enough with her camera.
