A day of art

In the morning, I painted pictures at home.

 Then we went to the I Madonnari, an Italian street painting (chalk) festival. There was a special section just for kids.

I wore my dragon costume. It didn't take me long to realize I could be helpful to all the kids who were drawing.

Eclipse

 Tonight the moon eclipsed 84% of the sun (as seen from Santa Barbara). Check out the eclipse images in the shadows (created when the spaces between the leaves of a tree act like pinholes). Vivi was more interested in all the dogs at the event than in any interesting shadows I pointed out.
